CERTIFICATION CENTER
Certification Center is a structural subdivision of the Joint-Stock Company Research Center of Construction and its head unit in charge of certification and testing of building materials and products. The Center is headed by Sergey Valentinovich Snimshchikov.
With modern infrastructure at their disposal, having the highest scientific and technical potential and qualification, the employees of the Certification Center may perform prompt and high-quality certification and independent testing of building materials (cements, fillers, concretes and mortars, and dry mortars), small piece concrete products, chemical and mineral additives, as well as building constructions.
The Center consists of Certification Body for Construction Products and Services (CO) and Test Center (TC) accredited in GOSTR and Mosstroycertification systems.
CO carries out activities according to the established certification procedures and has a long-term experience in certification of foreign products for compliance with requirements of Russian regulatory documents.
In accordance with the scope of accreditation of CO and TC, the Certification Center of JSC Research Center of Construction performs testing and certification of a wide range of construction products and works (services) for compliance with requirements of regulatory documents, including:

Physical testing of construction materials (cement, fillers, chemical additives, steel and composite reinforcement, heat insulating, asbestos cement, roofing, and hydraulic insulating materials, etc.)

Physical and chemical testing of construction materials, including composition analysis of concrete and interpretation of presence of ammonium in it, analysis of chemical composition of reinforcement steel, cements, fillers, etc.)

Load testing of reinforced concrete, metal, and wooden structures and their components in accordance with requirements of regulatory documents.

Non-destructive testing and strength testing of reinforced concrete, metal, and wooden structures and their components.

Inspection of state of buildings and structures with subsequent preparation of expert reports containing results of work and recommendations on reinforcement of bearing structures or reconstruction.

Research and consulting services on improvement of quality of building materials, products, and structures, including development and introduction of new technologies.

Development of process regulations covering special construction procedures (including cold weather concreting, crack repair, etc.)
The Test Center (TC) accredited in GOST-R certification systems (certificate of accreditation of TC No. ROSS RU.001.10SL87) is part of the Certification Center of JSC Research Center of Construction.
