As of January 1, 2015, 101 intellectual property items are registered on account of intangible assets of JSC Research Center of Construction, including 59 inventions, 42 useful models, 5 trade marks, 1 know-how, of which 5 invention patents obtained abroad – in China, India, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and in the CIS states – members of the Eurasian Patent Convention ( V. A. Kucherenko TSNIISK – 5 inventions and 10 useful models; A. A. Gvozdev NIIZHB – 38 inventions and 12 useful models; N. M. Gersevanov NIIOSP – 10 inventions and 16 useful models; Certification Center of JSC Research Center of Construction – 2 inventions, 1 useful model, and 1 know-how).
As of May 5, 2014, the following documents are in force:
– 5 license agreements (2 exclusive and 3 non-exclusive) regulating the use of 5 patents for inventions and useful models, as well as 1 patent ownership agreement for exploited invention;
– 27 patent ownership agreements concluded with JSC Research Center of Construction, including 17 third-party organizations and 10 authors.
8 patents are used under the license agreements, over 50 invention and useful model patents are used for own needs.
In 2014, the Research Center received 10 patents, including 5 invention and 5 useful model patents. Foreign patenting procedures have been held in 13 countries.
The procedure for keeping a patent valid has been held with regard to intellectual property items in Russia, China, India, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
