Design and project management
SC Research Center of Construction operates with the focus on management of integrated construction projects. Large-scale projects are fulfilled with participation of all three institutes and other subdivisions of JSC Research Center of Construction. Within project management the Center carries out the following activities: preparation of design documentation and permits, elaboration of special technical conditions, engineering geological survey, examinations, quality assessment and quality control of design and construction, expert evaluation, etc.
The Special Integrated Design Department of JSC Research Center of Construction is responsible for management of design projects. The scope of activities of the Special Integrated Design Department (SIDD) includes:

management of capital construction projects;

fulfillment of general designer functions;

elaboration of design and estimate documentation;

performance of process and price audit of capital construction projects;

performance of non-state expert evaluation of design and estimate documentation.
